Christian moral living involves an ability to respond to God's gift of love and salvation in Jesus Christ. Christians have a moral duty and responsibility (because we have the ability to respond) to use their gifts to help others fulfill their mission. God has a purpose and mission for all of us. We are called to spread the Gospel land share the gifts of faith, hope, and charity with others. In addition, God has a specific purpose and mission for each of us, which requires the use of God's gifts and our own individual gifts and talents.

Using your imagination and the creativity you each have, construct a project that tells me something about how you see yourself "gifted for mission." A 1-2 page paper is also required to briefly explain the project. The following questions should be considered as a resource to complete this project:
  • Describe a time when you were deeply inspired.
  • What are your skills and talents? How are they manifested in your life?
  • At this point in your life what do you consider your greatest achievement? Greatest disappointment?
  • Think of a person who made a positive difference in your life. What qualities does that person have that you would like to develop?
  • What would you do if you had one year to live?
  • What are the three words you would like to be remembered by?
  • If you could spend an hour with any person that ever lived, who would that be? What would you ask them?
  • What are your most positive personality traits or qualities?
  • What are your gifts?
  • What are your strongest moral/spiritual qualities and gifts?
  • What are your values?
  • What are your ideals?
  • What is your Philosophy about life?
  • On the day you were born, what song did you come into the world singing? And why?
  • On the day you were born, what song did God sing back to you? And why?

1. You will use glogster to present how you are "gifted for mission." Remember glogster is an interactive web 2.0 tool. It can incorporate text, graphics, images, videos and link out to other sites. Use your imagination and creativity and the many tools available in glogster to present you gifts.
2. Create an account.
3. Choose your wall design and page design.
4. Choose the text container to hold your words. Change the font, size, color and size of container.
5. Incorporate sound and video.
6. When finished give your glog a title, description and a few tags and save it as private.
7. Go to the wikispace for this project, http://giftedformission.wikispaces.com. Access your page by selecting your name. On your page put a title and your first and last initial.
8. Go back to your glog and copy the embed code.
9. Go back to your wiki page and select edit, select the widget icon, select other HTML and paste your code in the container that appears. Save your edit and your glog should appear on the page.
